Prepare high-quality Indian and Chinese cuisine(Odia/Bengali Prefferred)
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet and special menus.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.
Monitor kitchen stock, ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with service staff for timely food delivery.
Prepare food for individual guests, groups, corporates and events.
Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese(Odia/Bengali Prefferred) cooking.
Good understanding of spices, ingredients and cooking techniques.
Creative and quality-focused approach to menu preparation.
Able to manage kitchen operations independently.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Experience in buffet and large-group food preparation preferred.
