We are looking for a Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team. The candidate should be able to prepare delicious tandoori dishes and breads while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tandoori dishes as per standard recipes.
Make naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor breads.
Marinate ingredients and ensure they are ready before service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Keep the tandoor area and kitchen equipment clean and organized.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Candidates with experience as a Tandoor Cook will be preferred. Freshers with basic knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply, depending on the employer's requirements.
