2. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Rajasthani Cuisine Chef who specializes in preparing authentic traditional Rajasthani dishes.

Key Responsibilities Indian Cuisine Chef:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, gravies, breads, rice items, snacks, and desserts.

• Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.

• Plan daily menus and assist in menu development as per customer preferences.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per company guidelines.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities for Rajasthani Cuisine Chef:

• Prepare and cook authentic Rajasthani dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Laal Maas, Bajre ki Roti, Panchmel Dal, Mirchi Vada, and traditional sweets.

• Ensure food taste, quality, and presentation meet expected standards.

• Assist in menu planning and suggest new traditional Rajasthani items.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or cloud kitchens preferred.

• Passionate about cooking and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Ability to manage time and handle pressure during peak hours.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
