Job Title: Chef – Cloud Kitchen

Expert Eats Hub is a growing cloud kitchen focused on delivering high-quality, consistent, and delicious food. We are looking for a skilled and efficient Chef who can manage kitchen operations and maintain top food standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Quality

Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes

Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation

Ensure high-quality food production at all times

2. Kitchen Operations

Manage day-to-day kitchen activities

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards

Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

3. Menu Execution & Innovation

Assist in menu planning and development

Suggest new dishes and improvements

Maintain recipe documentation and SOPs

4. Inventory & Procurement

Track inventory and coordinate with vendors

Ensure proper storage of ingredients

Reduce food cost through efficient usage

5. Order Management

Handle high-volume online orders (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch

Coordinate with operations team for smooth workflow

Requirements

2–5 years experience as a Chef in cloud kitchen / restaurant / QSR

Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment

Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

Team player with good time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud kitchens or multi-cuisine setups

Culinary diploma or hotel management background
