Handle steaming, boiling, pan-frying, deep-frying, and wok cooking techniques.
Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and plating across all dishes.
Follow brand SOPs and recipe standards designed by Momo Delights’ corporate kitchen.
Conduct regular tasting sessions to maintain product quality.
Manage daily mise-en-place and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Maintain clean and sanitized working stations at all times.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for raw material needs.
Follow FSSAI guidelines, food safety protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO in all kitchen sections.
Work closely with kitchen staff and support team development.
Train junior cooks on preparation, cooking methods, and quality standards.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Dim Sum Chef, Chinese Chef, or similar role.
Strong expertise in dumpling making, dim sum crafting, and Chinese wok skills.
Knowledge of sauces, stocks, seasonings, and Asian flavor profiles.
Ability to handle high-volume operations in a quick-service environment.
Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
