Job వివరణ

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our restaurant team. Crew members are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items in the kitchen following McDonald’s quality and safety standards.•Take customer orders and operate the POS system at the counter.•Serve customers quickly and courteously.•Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service areas.•Provide table service to guests when required.•Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards at all times.•Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.•Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Work Schedule:

•Shift: 8-hour shifts•Working Days: 6 days per week•Shifts Available: Day shift and Night shift

Requirements:

•Good communication and teamwork skills•Customer service attitude•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment•Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends and nights)•Prior experience in QSR/restaurant is a plus, but not mandatory
