We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Rasoiya Street, a prestigious chain of restaurants, to prepare delicious meals for our guests. The key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.

• Cook food in a timely manner.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Supervise cooks and assist as needed.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g., accommodating dietary restrictions such as dairy-free or nut-free requirements).

• Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma and 6+ years of professional experience.

• Strong familiarity with advanced and non-traditional cooking techniques, recipes, and sanitation regulations.

• Excellent time management and leadership skills to oversee kitchen operations.

• A culinary school diploma or professional certification is considered a significant advantage.
