We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef who can prepare North Indian, Pizza & Pasta, Tandoori, and Fast Food items while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, taste, and presentation. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a kitchen environment.
🍳 Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare North Indian dishes, Pizza & Pasta, Tandoori items, and Fast Food as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control.
🔥 Tandoor & Kitchen Operations
Handle tandoor safely and efficiently.
Manage kitchen work flow during peak hours.
🧼 Hygiene & Safety
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Follow proper cleaning, storage, and food handling practices.
🍽 Plating & Presentation
Ensure attractive plating and food presentation before serving.
Maintain consistency in presentation standards.
📦 Inventory & Waste Control
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Inform management about stock requirements.
👨🍳 Team Coordination
Coordinate with helpers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Follow instructions from management and maintain kitchen discipline.
✔ Strong knowledge of North Indian Cuisine
✔ Experience in Pizza & Pasta preparation
✔ Expertise in Tandoori cooking
✔ Good command over Fast Food items
✔ Knowledge of Food Hygiene & Safety standards
✔ Ability to do proper plating & presentation
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as Chef / Cook
Education: No bar (Hotel Management diploma preferred but not mandatory)

🕘 Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
