Job Summary

Thrilld is looking for passionate and skilled Commis I / Commis II chefs with experience in multi-cuisine kitchens. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and speed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and portion sizes.

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.

• Handle food preparation, mise en place, and storage efficiently.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor of shortages.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of ingredients.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.

• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1–5 years

• Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or relevant culinary training preferred.

• Experience in Indian, Chinese, Continental, or Pizza preparation.

• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)
