Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Malvani dishes such as:
Fish Curry, Prawns Masala
Chicken Sukka / Kombdi Vade
Solkadhi and traditional gravies
Assist CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Handle mise-en-place and prep work efficiently
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor stock and inform seniors for replenishment
Ensure proper storage of seafood and ingredients
Follow standard recipes and portion control
