🍕 Hiring: Pizza Chef / Pizza Cook (Neapolitan Style) – Delhi

A new upcoming café concept in Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi is hiring a Pizza Cook / Pizza Chef skilled in preparing authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas.

We are looking for candidates who understand pizza dough preparation, fermentation, bread bases, and high-temperature pizza baking. Experience is preferred, but practical skill and technique are mandatory.

✅ Role Responsibilities

• Prepare Neapolitan pizza dough from scratch

• Manage dough fermentation, proofing, and hydration

• Hand-stretch pizza bases (no rolling pin use)

• Bake pizzas using high-heat ovens

• Maintain consistency in crust texture and bake quality

• Assist in preparation of breads and pizza bases

• Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

✅ Eligibility

• Experienced Pizza Chefs OR Skilled Freshers

• Culinary or bakery-trained candidates welcome

• Passion for artisan pizza making required

⚠️ Freshers must demonstrate skills during practical trial.
