Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cake preparation and decoration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cake Preparation & Baking

   • Mix ingredients as per recipe.

   • Bake sponge, fondant, mousse, and tiered cakes.

   • Ensure product consistency in taste and appearance.

2. Cake Decoration & Design

   • Decorate using icing, fondant, chocolate, fruits, etc.

   • Customize designs based on customer requirements.

   • Stay updated with market trends.

3. Quality Control

   • Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.

   • Ensure finished products meet brand standards.

   • Adjust recipes as required.

4. Kitchen Operations

   • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.

   • Operate and care for baking equipment.

   • Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.

5. Compliance & Safety

   • Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.

   • Follow allergen and sanitation guidelines.
