As a Team Member, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. You’ll be the face of the brand, working in a fast-paced environment and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Answer questions about the menu and make product recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Food Preparation:
• Prepare and cook Bigguys products to company standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and safely handled.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team and management.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Carry out cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant as required.
• Follow sanitation and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Cash Handling (if required):
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
