Position: Andhra Cuisine Chef

Experience: 2–5 years in Andhra/Telugu cuisine

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Andhra-style dishes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.

- Handle traditional Andhra recipes, spices, masalas, and cooking techniques.

- Prepare dishes such as Andhra meals, biryani, chicken/mutton preparations, curries, fry items, and chutneys.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion standards.

- Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely preparation of food.

- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.

- Monitor food stock and coordinate with the kitchen team for ingredient requirements.

- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.

- Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Andhra/Telugu cuisine.

- Good knowledge of traditional Andhra ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

- Good hygiene and food-safety practices.

- Teamwork and good communication skills.
