Hotel Basant Sarovar | Mathura

Hotel Basant Sarovar is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Experience Required

• 2–5 Years of relevant experience in Hotel / Restaurant / Hospitality Industry

• Experience in multi-cuisine / Indian cuisine will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards

• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation

• Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently

• Ensure proper food hygiene and safety standards

• Monitor kitchen inventory and stock levels

• Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes

• Coordinate with service and F&B teams

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Assist in menu planning and new dish development

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff when required

We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional kitchen experience

• Good knowledge of Indian / Multi-Cuisine food preparation

• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and disciplined approach towards work
