We are seeking an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef with expertise in preparing a diverse range of cuisines while maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a wide variety of dishes across Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and Café/Fast-Food cuisines.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
Plan and organize food preparation to ensure timely service during operational hours.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
Monitor inventory, manage food stock, and minimize wastage through effective kitchen practices.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Follow standard recipes and quality control measures.
Assist in menu development and the introduction of new dishes based on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef in a restaurant, café, hotel, resort, or cloud kitchen.
Hands-on expertise in Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and Café/Fast-Food cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
