Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to join our catering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for events, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to the menu and required standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate with the catering team.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Assist in menu planning and preparation as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in catering, hotel, or restaurant operations.
Good knowledge of multi cuisine and bulk cooking.
Ability to manage a kitchen team.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Flexible to work according to event schedules.
Experience: 2+ years preferred
