🧑‍🍳 Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Private Chef to plan, prepare, and cook meals for a private household or family in Oman. The chef will manage all food-related duties, ensure high culinary standards, and maintain kitchen hygiene.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and special meals as required.

• Develop weekly and seasonal menus based on dietary preferences (Arabic, Indian, Asian, European cuisines, etc.).

• Shop for groceries and manage kitchen inventory.

• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and safe food handling practices.

• Cater for small family events or guests when requested.

• Handle special dietary needs (allergies, preferences).

• Manage kitchen appliances and supplies responsibly.

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Chef in 5 Star Hotel or private households.

• Culinary degree or certification preferred (but not essential with strong experience).

• Good knowledge of international and local cuisines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Food safety and hygiene knowledge (preferred food safety certificate).

• Friendly, professional, and adaptable personality.

🕐 Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Typical schedule: 6 days/week (often flexible based on family needs)
