Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per menu standards
Handle Indian, Tandoor, Continental, and Chinese sections efficiently
Maintain food taste, presentation, and hygiene standards
Ensure proper kitchen cleanliness and food safety
Manage kitchen inventory and stock requirements
Work closely with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Maintain consistency in food quality and service timing
Requirements:
Knowledge of multiple cuisines preferred
