Cheese Processor - Fresher

This is the entry point into Pizza 4P's Cheese Production team, building foundational cheese-making skills, food safety discipline, and hygienic production habits under close supervision.

• Learn and practice core cheese production SOPs (ingredient prep, weighing, mixing, fermentation support, and cleaning). Complete Food Safety Basic and Production Orientation training on time.

• Assist in raw material preparation and basic production tasks (mould filling, turning, pressing) under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Report any hygiene concerns or product abnormalities immediately to the Trainer.

• Support teammates, communicate respectfully, and follow all directions promptly. Arrive punctual, in clean uniform, with a positive and curious attitude.

• Follow all Food Safety, Hygiene, and Workplace Safety policies. No unsupervised use of high-risk equipment or ingredient changes without Trainer approval.
