Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the chaat counter.
Set up the counter with required utensils and ingredients before service.
Prepare chaat items quickly and accurately during service hours.
Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
Adjust orders based on customer requests (example: no dairy, less spice, exclude nuts).
Check freshness of ingredients and discard expired items. Track wastage.
Assist with cleaning and closing duties after service.
Able to handle duties independently with minimal supervision.
Work efficiently during busy evening hours.
