Manage and supervise daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
Prepare and execute continental dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle preparation of pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, sauces, soups, grills and other continental preparations.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, quality and presentation.
Monitor daily mise-en-place and production requirements.
Guide and supervise Commi 1 and Commi 2 team members.
Ensure proper food storage, labelling and FIFO practices.
Monitor food wastage and maintain cost control.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper grooming standards.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly.
