Job Title: Cafe Staff / Cafe Partner (Zepto Cafe)

Job Overview

As a Cafe Staff / Cafe Partner at Zepto Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and quick-bite food items while ensuring fast, efficient order assembly for rapid dispatch. You will play a crucial role in maintaining clean kitchen standards and delivering high-quality menu items at top speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, beverages, snacks, and simple menu items following standard recipes and presentation standards.

• Order Packing: Package freshly prepared items quickly and securely to ensure safe transport by delivery riders.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies, reporting shortages to the store lead.

• Hygiene & Sanitation: Keep the cafe workspace, equipment, and storage areas clean, sanitized, and organized in line with food safety guidelines.

• Quality Assurance: Check food temperature, freshness, and order accuracy before handing off orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (prior experience in a cloud kitchen, cafe, or QSR is a plus).

• Skills: Basic communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or early/late hours.
