We are hiring an experienced Biryani Master (Muslim Bhai) for our food shop.
**📍 Location:** [TC palya - Bangalore]
**👨🍳 Role & Responsibilities:**
* Prepare high-quality biryani (chicken/mutton) consistently
* Maintain authentic taste and aroma
* Handle bulk cooking for daily sales
* Manage kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
* Control portion size and reduce wastage
* Assist in basic kitchen operations if required
**🍲 Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in Ambur/ Shadi ka biryani
* Ability to cook for large quantities (50–200+ plates/day)
* Knowledge of spice balance and dum cooking
* Fast and efficient working style
**🧑🍳 Experience:**
* Minimum 2–5 years as a biryani cook
**💰 Salary & Benefits:**
