Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes

• Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately

• Greet customers warmly and take orders correctly

• Upsell products and promote new menu items

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages

• Follow food safety and company SOP guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent

• 0–2 years of experience as a Barista (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Good communication skills (English & Telugu/Hindi preferred)

• Customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
