Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to brand standards.
Ensure consistency and quality in every cup, from espresso shots to latte art.
Stay updated on brewing techniques, coffee trends, and new product offerings.
Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide product recommendations and share coffee knowledge confidently.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with opening and closing procedures for smooth shift transitions.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the Shift Manager and team members to ensure efficient café operations.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and step in wherever needed.
Support training of new team members by sharing skills and knowledge.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs.
Minimize waste by following proper portion control and operational best practices.
Previous experience in a coffee shop or café is preferred but not mandatory — training will be provided to the right candidate.
