KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) – Barista | Subko Coffee

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages as per brand standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable café experience.

• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

• Educate customers about coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings.

• Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and order management.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the café.

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.

• Assist in opening and closing café operations.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Achieve sales targets through upselling and promoting café products.

• Maintain coffee equipment and ensure proper usage and cleanliness.

• Follow SOPs and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming café environment.
