Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service and maintaining a great café experience. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, handling orders and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as per standard recipes

• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment

• Take customer orders and handle billing (POS)

• Maintain cleanliness of work area, machines and seating area

• Ensure consistent taste, presentation and quality

• Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate

• Manage takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently

• Check stock levels and inform supervisor about shortages

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous barista/café experience preferred (0–2 years also welcome)

• Basic knowledge of espresso-based drinks

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with positive attitude

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

• Latte art knowledge

• Experience with POS systems

• Interest in specialty coffee

• Basic English + Hindi communication
