We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hardworking Cafe Barista / Cafe Staff to join our café team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and operating the café on a day-to-day basis, including customer service, food and beverage preparation, cleanliness, and general café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, shakes, and other café items

• Handle basic food preparation and plating

• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service

• Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash/card payments

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area

• Check stock and inform management about items that need to be reordered

• Assist with opening and closing the café

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages

• Maintain good presentation and service standards

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic customer concerns politely

• Support the kitchen and other staff whenever required

• Perform other day-to-day café duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Cafe Staff, Restaurant Staff, or similar role is preferred

• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Should be honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Willing to perform all-round café operations, not limited to barista work

• Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered
