Job Title: Barista

Location: (BKC (Udupi 2 Mumbai MMRDA)

Reports To: Store Manager / Café Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages .

• Operate coffee machines(Automatic & Semi-automatic Machine), grinders, and other equipment safely.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, seating area, and equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries politely.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Work collaboratively with team members during busy hours.

  • Must understand coffee basics: bean types, roast levels, and flavor profiles.

  • Should confidently prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano).

  • Must have practical skills in espresso extraction and milk frothing (proper texture & temperature).
