Barista

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista with at least 1 year of experience in cafés, coffee shops, or restaurants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of coffee and beverage items while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, iced beverages, teas, and other café drinks.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.

• Interact with customers professionally and provide excellent service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies, and report replenishment needs.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages.

• Ability to operate commercial coffee machines and grinders.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
