Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join Souffle Gourmet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a delightful café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
· Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
· Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
· Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service
· Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and café premises
· Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
· Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
· Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)
· Support team members during busy hours and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

· Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
· Prior experience in a café or F&B industry preferred (Freshers can apply)
· Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary: (Based on experience) upto Rs. 15000/-

Joining: Immediate basis

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
