Barista + Course Counselor

Location: Mumbai Andheri West .

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Skills & Knowledge)

Job Description:

• Italian Barista Academy (IBA) is a complete coffee ecosystem including training, roasting, consulting, and coffee business development.
• We are looking for a Barista who has strong coffee beverage knowledge and wants to grow beyond café service.
• This role includes:
• Preparing espresso-based beverages
• Maintaining coffee quality & hygiene
• Assisting in coffee training sessions
• Calling and counseling students for coffee courses
• Explaining course details and career scope
• Following up with inquiries and helping fill batches

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of espresso, milk texturing & coffee beverages
• Minimum 6 months experience as Barista (Freshers with strong coffee knowledge can apply)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Comfortable on calls & WhatsApp follow-ups
• Passionate about building a career in coffee industry
