Job Opening: Barista – Healthy Food Cloud Kitchen

About Us

We are a growing healthy food brand specializing in fresh, nutritious bowls, salads, wraps, smoothies, and beverages. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to manage our beverage preparation and support smooth kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, cold coffee, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to standardized recipes.

• Prepare healthy beverage options using ingredients such as milk, dates, fruits, coffee, cocoa, and nut butters.

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, presentation, and quality.

• Operate and maintain blenders, coffee machines, mixers, and other beverage equipment.

• Prepare ingredients and beverage bases as required.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of milk, fruits, and other perishable ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

• Check inventory of beverage ingredients and inform the chef/manager about shortages.

• Assist with order packing and kitchen operations during busy periods.

• Ensure beverages are prepared and dispatched within the required time.

• Minimize wastage by following proper portion control and FIFO practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, cloud kitchen, or juice/smoothie outlet is preferred.

• Knowledge of coffee, cold coffee, smoothies, and shakes.

• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and portion control is an advantage.

Working Hours
