Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Ama Bakery And Cafe and prepare delicious Drinks for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality drinks and delegating tasks to Barista staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Cold Coffee, etc.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.

• Handle billing and POS transactions (if assigned).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area.

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Receive and store inventory as per company procedures.

• Assist in opening and closing café operations.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Support team members during peak business hours.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience.
