Bakery Chef

We are looking for a Bakery Chef to join our team at Ninty One Qsr Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake items like breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and desserts

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes

• Decorate cakes and pastries creatively

• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

• Manage inventory and order baking supplies

• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items

• Train and supervise junior bakery staff (if required)

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry Chef

• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

• Creativity in designing baked products

• Attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Time management and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
