ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a modern bakery and confectionery business focused on premium cookies, biscuits, chocolate-coated products, toffees, brittles and other indulgent treats. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of product development, production, quality and kitchen operations while helping build the foundations of a fast-growing consumer brand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

•  Product development and recipe refinement

•  Daily bakery and confectionery production

•  SOP creation and quality systems

•  Inventory planning and procurement

•  Team training and kitchen leadership

•  New product launches and production scaling

IDEAL CANDIDATE

•  2–5 years of experience in bakery, pastry, confectionery or dessert production

•  Experience in premium bakeries, cafés, dessert brands, hotels or food startups

•  Strong baking fundamentals and attention to detail

•  Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

•  Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from scratch
