Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other bakery products as per company recipes and standards.

• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery as per food safety standards.

• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor inventory and report ingredient requirements.

• Assist in production planning to meet daily demand.

• Follow SOPs and ensure timely completion of production targets.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and production team.

Requirements

• Experience as Commi I / II / III in a bakery, bakery production unit, hotel, or cloud kitchen.

• Knowledge of bakery production, baking techniques, and food safety practices.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Freshers with bakery training may apply.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
