Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Culinary Arts , Hotel Management Diploma/Certification will be an added advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Chef to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery and food items, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve high-quality food and bakery items Croissant & Sourdough.

2. Set up the kitchen with necessary utensils, ingredients, and equipment.

3. Prepare dishes in a timely and efficient manner.

4. Follow recipes and ensure proper ingredient measurement and preparation.

5. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and dispose of expired items.

6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

7. Manage kitchen tasks and delegate work to staff when required.
