Bakery Chef

Boulangerie Amann is an upcoming cloud bakery serving traditional breads, Viennoiserie, sourdough, and patisserie in Asalfa, Ghatkopar West. We are looking for a dedicated full-time Morning Baker for our core team.

This role is responsible for:

• Opening the bakery and preparing the kitchen for daily operations

• Managing the morning baking of viennoiserie and breads (proofing, baking, finishing)

• Ensuring all products meet quality and presentation standards before handing over to FOH

• Monitoring fermentation, proofing, and bake consistency across batches

• Maintaining workstation setup, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the shift

• Helping with daily pastry production

• Ensuring quality control across all menu SKUs

• Maintaining yield accuracy and cost discipline

• Adhering to SOPs

• Maintaining professional and personal hygiene

What we're looking for:

• Degree / diploma in hotel management preferred.

• Previous experience in bread and pastry production

• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• Portioning and finishing consistency

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene

• Basic understanding of laminating pastry is a plus
