Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Bakery Chef with strong hands-on expertise in preparing premium bakery, confectionery, and dessert products. The ideal candidate should have experience working with high-quality ingredients and be able to consistently deliver excellent taste, presentation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop a variety of bakery and confectionery products.
Expertise in making cookies, baklava, puffs, tiramisu, chocolates, pastries, cakes, brownies, and other desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality.
Develop new recipes and innovative products as per brand requirements.
Handle chocolate work, fillings, creams, ganache, and dessert finishing.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory requirements.
Minimise wastage while maintaining product quality.
