Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Team Management: Supervise Team Members, Shift Managers and other restaurant staff.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Sales and Profitability: Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
Food Safety and Quality: Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety and company standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock, reduce wastage and ensure proper inventory control.
People Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance and employee engagement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations and operational procedures.
Reporting: Monitor daily sales, cash handling, restaurant performance and operational reports.
