Job Summary

RIG Institute of Hospitality & Management is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor – Food Production to teach hospitality students through engaging theory and practical classes. The candidate should have strong expertise in culinary arts, food production, kitchen operations, and Indian & International cuisines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical classes in Food Production for hospitality students.

• Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on training in professional kitchen operations.

• Teach Indian and International Cuisines,

• Train students in various cooking methods, techniques, ingredients, food preparation, plating, and presentation.

• Teach kitchen organization, equipment handling, menu planning, portion control, and food cost basics.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution

• Strong academic and practical knowledge of Food Production, Culinary Arts and International Cuisines.

• Good knowledge of Indian and International Cuisines.

• Relevant teaching or hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
