HIRING – ASSISTANT COOK / COMMIS CHEF
RHYTHM Restaurant, Old Goa is looking for an Assistant Cook / Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: RHYTHM Restaurant, Old Goa, Goa
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 6 months to 2+ years preferred
Fresh hospitality / culinary graduates with good practical skills may also apply.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking
Vegetable, meat and seafood preparation
Basic sauce, gravy and mise-en-place preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
Follow recipes and portion standards
Help during busy restaurant service
Properly store and label ingredients
Work across kitchen sections when required
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual, hygienic, willing to learn and serious about working in a professional restaurant kitchen.
Candidates with experience in Indian, Goan, Continental, Tandoor or Indo-Chinese cooking are preferred.
Immediate joining preferred.
