📢 Hiring Update – Sector 32 Store (Urgent Support Required)

Hi Team,

We are initiating the hiring process for the Sector 65 store and request your immediate support in sourcing candidates.

Role: Junior Team Member

Total Requirement: 30

1. Male: 20

2. Female: 10

📍 Store Location (Sec 65):

Job Criteria:

1. Comfortable working on veg & non-veg dishes

2. Comfortable with rotational shifts (no night shifts for women)

3. Male candidates must be clean-shaven

4. Should be able to read basic English

5. Must maintain basic hygiene standards

*Hiring & Salary Structure (Effective 1st Dec 2025)* :

🔹 New Joiners:

Designation: Junior Team Member

Net Take Home: ₹14,835

Night Allowance: ₹1,500 (where applicable)

🔹 Promotion to Team Member:

After 1 month, subject to:

1. Completion of training

2. Minimum attendance 24/30 days

3. No behavioural/disciplinary issues

4. Salary Increase: ₹700 in-hand

Revised Net Take Home: ₹15,535

Night Allowance: ₹1,500 (where applicable)

Promotion applicable retrospectively from December (January payout)

Employees not trained within 1 month will not be eligible

Retention Bonus:

₹3,000 quarterly (every 3 months)

Attendance criteria: 72/90 days

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
