About the Role
La Velnoir, an artisan handcrafted chocolate brand based in Delhi, is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our production team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day chocolate preparation and small-batch production

• Handle ingredient measuring, mixing, and basic kitchen prep work

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen/production area

• Support packaging and finishing of chocolate bars

• Follow recipes and instructions precisely and consistently

• General kitchen upkeep and inventory handling

Requirements

• Age between 18–28 years

• No specific educational background needed — willingness to learn is key

• Prior cooking/kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory

• Punctual, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on kitchen work

• Must be able to join immediately
