Job Summary:

A Parking Cashier is responsible for managing parking fee collection, issuing receipts, and ensuring smooth entry and exit operations for vehicles. The role requires accuracy in cash handling and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect parking charges from customers in a timely and polite manner

• Issue receipts/tickets and maintain transaction records

• Operate billing systems, POS machines, or parking software

• Handle cash, digital payments, and maintain daily cash balance

• Assist customers with parking-related queries

• Coordinate with parking staff (wardens/valet) for smooth traffic flow

• Report any system issues or discrepancies to the supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier booth

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Honest and responsible with cash handling

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

• Standing/sitting for long hours

• Outdoor or semi-outdoor environment

• Shift-based work schedule
