💼 Experience: 2–5 Years (Salon/Beauty & Wellness Industry Preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the salon team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

• Handle client queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Promote salon services, memberships, and retail product sales.

• Maintain salon hygiene, inventory, and stock levels.

• Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth salon operations.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty & wellness industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

• Knowledge of salon operations, retail sales, and memberships.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/POS software) is preferred.
