Job Title: GeM Executive / Tender Executive (Government e-Marketplace)
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on work on the GeM seller panel
Location: [Noida] | Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage product/service catalogues on GeM — correct category selection, technical specifications, HSN, brand and OEM mapping
Search, shortlist and participate in BOQ GeM bids, RAs and direct purchases; prepare and submit bid documents before deadlines
Prepare L1 rate comparisons and costing sheets; coordinate with management on final quoting strategy
Handle EMD, ePBG, ATC compliance and required document uploads
Track PO receipt, order acceptance, invoice generation, CRAC and payment follow-up on the portal
Maintain organised records of bids submitted, won, lost, PO copies, contracts and payment status in Excel/ERP
Coordinate with buyers, OEMs and internal teams for authorisations and clarifications
Required Skills
Working knowledge of the GeM seller dashboard, bid participation flow and catalogue management
Understanding of L1 evaluation, tender terms and government procurement basics
Good MS Excel skills; accurate documentation habits
Graduate in any stream; awareness of Udyam/MSME registration and vendor assessment is a plus
