Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team at Prakash Medicos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting government and private pharmaceutical tenders. You will ensure full compliance with pharma regulations and manage the end-to-end bidding process to help expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification: Regularly monitor various government portals (like GeM, CPP Portal, and state health departments) for relevant pharmaceutical and medical procurement tenders.

• Documentation & Compliance: Compile, verify, and organize all required regulatory documentation, including Drug Licenses, COPP, GMP/WHO certificates, and product analysis reports.

• Bid Preparation: Coordinate with internal teams to compile technical and financial bids accurately, ensuring all terms and conditions are strictly met.

• Online Submission: Manage the end-to-end e-tendering process, including digital signature management, online submission, and tracking bid status.

• Follow-up & Liaison: Track submitted tenders, handle post-bid clarifications, monitor EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) status, and coordinate refunds post-bidding.

• Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive and secure database of all past, ongoing, and upcoming tenders, contracts, and price histories.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree (Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce background preferred).

• Experience: 2 – 5 years of proven experience handling tenders specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.

• Key Skills: Strong proficiency in e-tendering portals, excellent understanding of pharma documentation, high attention to detail, and sound negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
